I’ve been neglecting friendfood pretty much since I thought of it, but I’m not going to anymore. This weekend there will be lots of food made for the fourth of july. I am brainstorming ideas for easily eatable snacks that are filling and portable. So far here is my brainstormed list:
mini key lime pies
cream puffs with strawberries
potato salad
mexican spring rolls
veggie/real pigs in a blanket
We’ll see what makes it to the final menu, aka eaten by hordes of hungry humans.
